What a great experience! The ladies up front were very friendly and professional and the gentleman in the back is as friendly as he is skilled in repair. Though this was my first time visiting, I will certainly be returning to Kim’s for future purchases.
Great customer service and beautiful pieces
I took several pieces of sentimental jewelry to be worked on and Danny was SO helpful and kind. He answered all my questions and explained what needed to be done. I am so grateful that I found Kim’s AND Danny.
While attempting to polish my gold wedding band, I mistakenly put it on a grinding wheel instead of a polishing wheel. Needless to say, it was destroyed, or so I thought. Part of the ring was actually ground away, leaving a gap in the bottom.
I took it to Kim's to see if there was an outside chance it could be saved. Indeed it could, and I picked it up today. They did a beautiful job at a reasonable price.

This is what a community jewelry store is all about! I had a couple of watches that needed repaired. The intelligent young man there took them, repaired them, on the spot, and didn’t charge for these minor repairs.
We will be back for all of our jewelry needs. Summerville is fortunate to have such a place!

Went into the shop yesterday with my mom, to get my ring resized as my engagement ring was a little too big and also got an appraisal, my mom got an ankle bracelet that needed links taken out.
Received a text at 12 pm that is was ready.

I came in searching for a very specific piece and was greeted by Danny. I’ll admit, I was a bit skeptical at first since I have pretty particular taste—but he quickly picked up on my style and made the whole experience feel effortless. He was patient, attentive, and genuinely listened to what I wanted. By the end, we found the most beautiful piece I’ve ever owned. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.
